On entering the building guests will find a large and welcoming communal lounge.
The apartment itself has a modern and stylish kitchen which is well equipped with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
The lounge area has a contemporary feel with TV/DVD player,
CD Player, table and chairs and sofa bed.
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space
and has its own en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin.
All bedding,linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
All rooms have central heating and windows

A baby pack is available if required consisting of
Travel Cot, High Chair and Buggy saving parents the hassle of bringing their own and freeing up valuable space in the car!
On the first floor there is a large lockable storage cupboard
suitable for surfboards, golf clubs etc...
A Laundry/Wet Room with shower, washing machine
and tumble dryer is available on the 2nd floor.
The apartment is located on the third floor and there is currently
no suitable wheelchair access,
it is non-smoking and sorry, no pets.
Parking is available nearby in any of the local car parks
and Rover Tickets can be obtained for many of the car parks
in and around North Devon.
